Owner, Dr Maree Marino, brings to this nourish bar, over 15-years experience as a dietitian. We sell delicious high protein, low calorie, low fat shakes which are packed full of 21 essential vitamins and minerals. Blended with water and ice only, we do not use any milks or juices. We also have loaded SUGARFREE iced teas which contain Vitamin C, B vitamins, antioxidants and aid digestion. They also come with collagen added. Adding to the menu are healthy high protein treats to have as a snack throughout the day.
